How it all started...
Refiners Fire was founded in 2001 by our founding and senior pastor Cord Blankenship along with his wife and life partner Donna. Refiners Fire has an impact all over the globe with churches in Cuba and being a supporting member of churches and ministries all over. RF strives to offer the Gospel in ways that relevant, impactful and engaging to every person at every age.
Expanding the vision...
Refiners Fire is involved in various local mission and community service programs. RF operates the RF Mission. The mission offers food, clothing, prayer and a kind ear to those in need. It is staffed by volunteers with some having served close to 30 years. RF is also involved in outreach and homeless missions.
Where we are headed...
Refiners Fire continues to preach and teach the uncompromised gospel of Jesus Christ. We know and believe the following
Acts 2:46-47 (NLT) They worshiped together at the Temple each day, met in homes for the Lord’s Supper, and shared their meals with great joy and generosity— 47 all the while praising God and enjoying the goodwill of all the people. And each day the Lord added to their fellowship those who were being saved.
We strive to meet humanity where they are. And present the gospel with relevancy and authority. While doing it all with the love and merci Christ showed us.
